PlantLink Recruitment

The UK’s Plant Fitter Recruitment Specialists

PlantLink Recruitment was founded by Morgan Gillibrand, alongside business partner Ian Farr, after seeing the same problem across the industry: good companies struggling to find skilled Plant Fitters, while experienced engineers struggled to find the right employers.

PlantLink was built to close that gap.

Finding the Fitters Others Cannot

The best Plant Fitters are rarely available for long and many are not actively applying for jobs.

We have invested heavily in building a specialist network and recruitment system that connects Plant Fitters with us before they reach the wider market.

When a fitter considers changing jobs, we want PlantLink to be the first company they contact.
