PlantLink Recruitment was founded by Morgan Gillibrand, alongside business partner Ian Farr. After years recruiting across Construction and Plant Hire, Morgan saw a clear gap. Skilled Plant Fitters were stuck in poor environments, while good companies struggled to attract the right engineers.

Due to our strong success within Plant Hire and growing demand from clients, we expanded into Automotive recruitment to support garages and workshops with skilled Vehicle Technicians.
